Government Programs
We also have extensive experience with government loans. We can help you access SBA funding through 7a and 504 loans, which can be used both for owner occupied properties and for hotels and motels. Our terms are highly competitive. Additionally, we can offer HUD and FHA financing, which are designed for the construction and renovation of housing and medical facilities. With fixed low rates and full amortization, these loans are available for amounts of up to $50 million.
Bridge and Hard Money
Bridge loans are excellent for working capital, with amounts of up to $100 million and variable rates of 14 percent. This program also features an 80% loan-to-value ratio, along with interest only amortization.
CMBS
Commercial mortgage backed securities are another financing option, which involves securitizing commercial property into a pool, transferring the pool to a trust, and then issuing bonds to investors. This allows for funding of up to $50 million with low interest.
Construction and International Properties
We can help you fund new construction with loan amounts of between $10 million and $100 million.
